There's one thing we don't sell here at Pet Maniacs - and that's Pets. We believe there are enough animals that need adoption from places like the Lort Smith Animal Hospital, The Lost Dog's Home, the RSPCA (to name a few) as it is.

Pet Rescue Australia
A great service that lets you search an Australia-wide database of pets in need of re-homing.
GAP - Greyhound Adoption Program
Greyhounds are actually great pets. Some people think they're more like cats than dogs. They're definately worth considering as a pet. Contact GAP Victoria via their website.
Dalmation Rescue
Dalmations aren't just spotty dogs featured in Disney films. They're great family dogs too. The Dalmation Club of Victoria runs a Dalmation Rescue service, as well as helping find a breeder.
Ingrid's Haven
Ingrid's Haven is a non-profit cat shelter in Victoria, an hour's drive from Melbourne. Come and meet the many cats and kittens available for adoption ... all from death row at the pound, rescued and cared for by Ingrid until new loving homes can be found.
Chihuahua and Pomeranian Safe House
